156 Fox Hound - Enough

I photographed this hound at an opening meet of a local fox hunt. He was sitting in front of a priest who was giving the blessing of the hounds. Looking at his expression I can see him thinking "Enough already, lets go!"

125 Portrait of Fox Hound

This portrait of a PennMaryDel Foxhound was based on photos I took on my excursion with Mr. Fred as noted in an earlier post. I also traveled with him at the hunt's opening meet. A bit different experience. More photographers than horses it seemed. And as far as listening for the hounds, there were about 80 other people having a good time with us...

54 Foxhound

I began working on a project for a neary Hunt. I am currently doing research for the painting, which involves taking and looking at a lot of photos and traveling to the location. I really liked the expression on this fellow. He seems to be having a great time, running full out.
